 Biography

Randall Haley is Project Director of the EPSCoR Centers Development Initiative. Mr. Haley has a diverse scientific background spanning the physical and biomedical sciences coupled with training and experience in science and technology policy and the management of scientific research and technological innovation.

Prior to joining the EPSCoR Foundation, Mr. Haley worked as a researcher and consultant for several organizations at the interface between scientific research, technological development, and industrial strategy. He has been a co-author of scientific papers ranging in discipline from computational chemistry to molecular genetics and has written two book reviews for The Journal of Technology Transfer.

Mr. Haley holds a B.S. in physics from the Georgia Institute of Technology, an M.S. in biochemistry and molecular biophysics from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. in science, technology, and public policy from The George Washington University. While at the University of Pennsylvania and The George Washington University, he was a National Science Foundation Graduate Fellow. Mr. Haley and his family live in Roswell, Georgia.
