There is no registration fee for the workshop, however meeting attendees are expected to make their own travel and hotel reservations. Registering at this site does not guarantee a hotel room.

Perfectly situated in Historic Old Town, Embassy Suites Alexandria is located directly across the street from the King Street Metro and Amtrak Stations. A short Metro ride north brings visitors over the Potomac to Washington, D.C. to explore the Nation's Capitol, Smithsonian museums and historical monuments. Guests can take a leisurely stroll east along King Street to discover unique shopping, restaurants and art galleries such as the Torpedo Factory Art Center. Ronald Reagan National Airport is two Metro stops from the hotel.
Rooms
As of mid-February, rooms were available at the Embassy Suites Alexandria for approximately $160 / night. Room rates may increase as the workshop approaches. Several other hotels are located nearby, including the Hilton Old Town Alexandria just across the street.
