Workshops

ASCEND plans to hold four national workshops and one national leadership retreat during its two-year duration.

Upcoming Workshops

In the first year of ASCEND, three national workshops are planned:

1. IGERT Assistance Workshop: Developing Competitive Integrative Graduate Education and Research Training Programs at the PI and University Level

- Research Theme Strategy Retreat
- One additional workshop

In the second year of ASCEND, one national workshop and a national leadership retreat are planned:

- Leadership Retreat on Centers Development Investment Strategies
- One additional workshop
