In FY 2008, the federal-wide EPSCoR/IDeA program was budgeted at $402.29 million. This was a $36 million increase over the FY07 budget of $365.5 million. (See the charts below.) The National Institutes of Health’s Institutional Development Award (IDeA) program is the largest of the federal-wide EPSCoR/IDeA program.
